"Gimme Some Hotcakes" began as a demo project, but the recording was so easy and enjoyable, the CD was released and includes a dozen blues and R&B standards, including updates of "Spoonful", and "Fire on the Bayou". The title track is an original tune, which was recently featured on the soundtrack for the film, "Find A Way."
